American Family Insurance, Large Loss Property Adjuster, October 2016 to October 2020.

Nine-state territory. Full claim completion: contents, dwelling, and additional living expense. Personal authority up to $250,000 before management or higher-level review. Carrier-side structural and property damage.

Restoration estimating and repair-division management in the Portland area, 2005 to 2016, including work as a Repair Project Manager.

Reconstruction estimates, contents inventory, packing, storage, cleaning, and salvageability.
